Brand With Amir FZ-LLC ("we", "us", "our") is the controller of your personal data and operates this website and The Media Empire program. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other laws that apply to you.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, preferred messenger (WhatsApp or Telegram), Instagram handle and your answers in the application, including details about your business, revenue, goals and budget.
- If you become a client: billing details and the information needed to deliver the program. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (such as Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, and basic technical logs collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.
2. How we use your information
- To review your application and decide whether we are a fit to work together
- To contact you by WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone about your application and a call
- To deliver the services you purchase and communicate with you about your program
- To improve our website and content
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations
We process your information based on your consent (which you give when you submit the application), to take steps before entering into a contract with you, to perform our contract with you, and where required by law.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:
- Hosting and form-processing providers that run this website
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Sheets) to store applications
- Telegram and WhatsApp, which our team uses to receive applications and contact you
- Zoom, for calls
- Payment providers such as Stripe, and our bank, if you become a client
- Professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it
4. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, pixels or analytics tools. It only uses what is technically needed to load the pages and play the video. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may store or process your information outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and the European Union. When this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate security and contractual safeguards to protect your data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep application information for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the services and to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements.
7. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we limit access to the people on our team who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of a breach where the law requires it.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, to restrict or stop its processing, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before. To make a request, email team@brandwithamir.com. We will respond within the time required by law.
9. Children
This website and our services are intended for business owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date.
