This website is operated by Brand With Amir FZ-LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a free zone limited liability company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), licence no. 17004824, with its registered address at FDBC3249, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
2. Services
We provide consulting, strategy and media services for founders and businesses, including The Media Empire program. The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms and all other terms of an engagement are agreed privately in a separate written service agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
3. Applications
Submitting an application does not create an agreement and does not guarantee a call, acceptance or a place in any program. We review every application and may decline any application at our discretion. You agree that the information you provide is true and accurate.
4. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific number of followers, views, leads, clients, revenue or other business outcome. Examples of past client results are not a promise or prediction of your results. See our Disclaimer.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, and all frameworks, templates, scripts and materials we provide, belong to Brand With Amir FZ-LLC unless stated otherwise. Clients may use the materials we provide for their own business. You may not copy, resell, share or distribute them without our written permission.
6. Third-party links and platforms
This website may link to third-party websites, including press articles. We are not responsible for their content. Our services involve platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, which we do not control. Their rules, algorithms and decisions may change at any time and are outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, unless your service agreement says otherwise.
